been involved in economic development for the past twenty
years. He brings a wealth of
experience and understanding of the
issues most Aboriginal communities and urban areas are challenged with.
Through his consulting firm he provides "Leading and
Managing Aboriginal Organizational Change," opportunities.
Leonard has both an MBA and a Masters of project
